Refund Policy

Overview

Payments for carpybara.AI subscriptions (Pro and Ultra) are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.

Free Tier

The free tier has no cost and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Ultra)

We want you to be satisfied with carpybara.AI. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund if the Service experienced significant downtime or technical issues that prevented you from using the features you paid for.
  • Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period.

One-Time AI Check Packs

AI check packs are one-time digital purchases delivered instantly upon payment. Because checks are delivered and usable immediately, they are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your purchased checks from being credited, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@carpybara.ai with your account email and a brief description of why you'd like a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Alternatively, you can manage your subscription directly through the Paddle customer portal (accessible from the Pricing page when signed in).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
