Refund Policy

Overview

Carpybara.AI Ltd (registered in England and Wales) is the seller of record for all purchases on carpybara.AI. Payments for subscriptions (Pro and Ultra) and one-time AI check packs are processed on our behalf by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Refunds are approved and issued directly by Carpybara.AI Ltd through Stripe to your original payment method.

This policy sits alongside, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Free Tier

The free tier has no cost and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Ultra)

We want you to be satisfied with carpybara.AI. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund if the Service experienced significant downtime or technical issues that prevented you from using the features you paid for.
  • Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period.

One-Time AI Check Packs

AI check packs are one-time digital purchases delivered and usable immediately upon payment. By completing the purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost once the digital content is supplied. As a result, check packs are generally non-refundable once any check has been consumed.

As a goodwill gesture, if you have not used any of the checks in a pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your purchased checks from being credited or used, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@carpybara.ai with your account email, the Stripe receipt or invoice number (if available), and a brief description of why you'd like a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

You can also manage your subscription and view invoices directly from the billing section of your account.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Carpybara.AI Ltd via Stripe and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Where applicable, any VAT or other taxes charged will be refunded in full along with the principal amount.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve the issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
